It is important to us that young men and women have the support they need from our team.

Our highly rated properties are well appointed and backed by a friendly team that cares more about you than anything else. We own our own properties, so rather then answering to an outside owner or investor, we answer ONLY to you.

We have a wide variety of apartments for June or September occupancy.

All apartments are conveniently located in Somerville and Cambridge.

We have been renting to students since 1974 and we believe this to be an asset in dealing with specific needs of our customers.

We DO NOT charge a fee.
